Contrarian has recently sent a number of copies of "Minor Complexities" out to various progressive rock websites and Ezines seeking review. Some sites have acknowledged receipt and initial impressions are favorable. We'll keep you posted.

•Colossus Compilation Project
Contrarian has been asked by Colossus magazine to be one of thirty bands to contribute to a compilation tribute CD.

Contrarian has been asked to record a rendition of a song by the 1970's Finnish progressive rock band Wigwam. The CD is to be released in Europe in May 2008.

•New Cover and Original Material
Following Contrarian's Dec. 7, 2007 Sticky Wicket gig they plan on adding about 10 new songs to their repertoire. Proposed songs include tunes from Rush, Saga, Living Color and additional tunes from "Minor Complexities."
